If you experience problems with a booking and/or want to change it, you must contact the host you booked with. In case you’re not sure which company, you can find out by looking at the booking confirmation e-mail that you received from us.

You can cancel your booking by emailing us at bookings@wandergo.com. Please, remember to check the property’s cancellation policy before making any changes to your booking. Non-refundable rooms and other special deals can have a different cancellation policy.

Turning your location services on whilst using the Wandergo app will entitle you to be able to use all of our features, which is recommended. Wandergo only uses your location whilst using the app.

After you have confirmed a booking request, we notify the host within that company to either accept or reject your booking request within 24 hours of you submitting the request.

Sure, simply email us or the host where your reservation is for.

If you chose to login with Facebook, your profile photo was imported from that account.
